MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF THE EAGLE’S VIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HELD ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2002, AT THE RICHARD BROWN AUDITORIUM, TIGARD, OREGON IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE TURNOVER MEETING.

BY INVITATION: Cheryl Brendle, Senior Vice President
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT, INC.
Cheryl Brendle calls the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m.
The following officers are elected to serve until the new homeowner’s association meeting:
President-Gary Davis
Vice President- Wyn Wakkila
Secretary- Roger Cooper
Treasurer- Jeanne Christensen
Member at Large – Karl Biedritzky
III. TERMS OF OFFICE ESTABLISHED
Terms for directors are established as follows:
1-year term (until January 2004) – Jeanne Christensen
2-year term (until January 2005) – Roger Cooper and Wyn Wakkila
3-year term (until January 2006) – Karl Biedritzky and Gary Davis
A discussion ensues about the tasks that must be undertaken by the new Board and the procedures that must be followed to keep the ownership informed. Wyn Wakkila volunteers to allow the Association to use her post office box. Owners will; be informed to send their payments to PO BOX 998 Beaverton OR 97075 for the remainder of this year. Invoices for HOA fees for October have not yet been sent. Venture Properties will mail them for the Association.
V. NEXT MEETING SCHEDULED – The next meeting will be held on Tuesday October 15 at 7:00 PM at the home of Gary Davis (14180 SW Woodhue).
VI. ADJOURNMENT - There being no further items for discussion, the meeting was adjourned at :05 p.m.
