MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF THE EAGLE’S VIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HELD ON TUESDAY, FEBRAURY 4TH, 2003, AT THE HOME OF KARL BIEDRITZKY, TIGARD, OREGON.

Gary Davis calls the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Motion by Wynne Wakkila, second by Jeanne Christiansen
Checking account balance: $16,377.26
Architectural - No new business
Neighborhood watch – Efforts will be made to organize meeting in April
Parking issues - No action will be taken pending further feedback from attorney
Russell S. Hanf is name of attorney referred by Karl. We will try to negotiate $1000 retainer fee down if possible. If successful will invite newly retained attorney to annual neighborhood association meeting.
Silt fence removal will be done. Materials will be $305 and labor will be $325 for 120 feet
Application for Directors insurance as well as liability insurance for the green space has been sent to State Farm along with a check for $996. All information has been forwarded to State Farm and are awaiting notification from them.
Account for $5000 CD has yet to be set up at bank.
All information for registering with the State of Oregon has been completed and mailed to them.
Discussion took place about possible date for annual Homeowners meeting. April 22nd was named as possible date for meeting.
Review of on going accounting issues took place. We need to retain someone to prepare income taxes and audit books as required. We will network at CAI meeting for suggestions on candidate.
Dues in arrears were topic of next discussion. They were named as Elden at $567.72, Ryu $305.48 (has paid $102 and set terms to pay remainder in Feb and Mar), Bruerd $205.28, Clanton $189.16, Ross $270.28 and Boespfug $189.16 All will be reviewed with attorney to develop a call to action letter.
I was asked to check to see when reserve accounts were reviewed in 2002. According to the minutes this took place Dec 3rd.
VII. NEXT MEETING SCHEDULED – The next meeting will be held on Tuesday April 8th, 2003 at 7:00 PM in the home of Karl Biedritsky.
VIII ADJOURNMENT - There being no further items for discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 8:03 p.m.
