DIRECTORS SPECIAL ASR MEETING OF THE EAGLE’S VIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HELD ON
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31, 2004, AT THE HOME OF WYNNE WAKKILA, TIGARD, OREGON.

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:
7:45 pm
ASR Well
-
Discussed comments from the ASR Well Survey
that was distributed to the homeowner’s last week
-
Sent homeowner most affected by the well a
certified letter of the decision
-
There was discussion and questions
regarding annexation and the well
-
Some board and homeowner’s check out other
ASR sites in Beaverton and talked to the residents to see how this has
affected them.
-
Homeowner’s brought up concerns about
having the well placed underground
-
Vote brought forward to homeowner’s to move
forward on negotiations – none who attended voted “yes”.
-
Vote brought forward to Board Members to
move forward on negotiations – the vote was Yes (3) and No (2).
-
It was then decided that homeowner’s
present at the meeting will put a ASR Test Well Survey together to take to
other homeowner’s for their feelings on the well with a return date of April
12th at 5 pm.

Board Members will take survey into
consideration for a re-vote.

Survey responses returned. Results are as
follows:

25 contacted builder and homeowners –
no return vote

5 blank – not able to contact

Board Members voted again, results are as
follows. “Yes” (1) and “No” (4).

e-mailed City of Tigard to let them know that we have decided to not move
forward with the ASR well.
