2. Neighborhood Watch
· The neighborhood picnic will be in September with a final date to be determined. Gary will look into reserving a fire truck and someone from the Sheriff’s office.
3. Maintenance & Repair
· Will barkdust where the monuments are. Flowers will be planted.
· Gary has found someone to take care of the retention ponds that have been turned over to the Homeowner’s; Morissette was previously responsible and have now pulled out after two years.
· Crush gravel will be done soon
· Tewkesbury Ct has been rocked at the barrier
· There was suggestion to place a picnic bench instead of a park bench at the play structure.
· Would like to purchase 4 total park benches at a cost of $12,000 - $14,000. There was a motion to look at the placement of these benches and the future use of a picnic bench – this will be brought forth to the next Homeowner’s meeting in August.
