Opening:

The Election meeting of Eagles View Homeowners Association was called to order at 7:37 P.M. on January 15, 2007 in Tigard, OR. by Randy Wright.

A.  Approval of Agenda

The agenda was unanimously approved

B.  Approval of Minutes

Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was waived.

C.  Treasurer’s Report

The reading of the treasurer’s report was also waived.

D.  No Open Issues

E.  New Issues

      1.   Election of 2007 Officers – Kevin Loudd and Clint Fowler counted the ballots and certified the election of the following officers:

             a.   President                 Randy Wright

             b.   Vice President        Shay Briones

             c.   Secretary                 Angela Plaxton

             d.   Treasurer                 Ed Casuga

             e.   Officer at Large       Randy Stilson

E.  Adjournment:

Meeting was adjourned at 7:59 P.M. in Tigard, OR. by Randy Wright. The next special meeting was set for January 17, 2007 6pm.
